This Everhot Cooker offers extra oven space over the Everhot 100 series, with the same consideration of the cast iron hot and simmer plates under the stainless steel top lid and an independently controlled simmer plate below the opposite lid.  As with the Everhot 90+ Cooker and 100+ Cooker depending on the season and extra cooking requirements this can be turned on and off when required.
