Each oak whisky barrel, which is obtained from nearby Highland and Speyside distilleries, is reused and altered while respectfully preserving and honouring the natural characteristics of the wood. Since no two Darach pieces are alike due to the original barrel's scars, cracks, and other rustic characteristics being revealed, each and every piece is utterly unique.

Inverness, the centre of the Scottish Highlands, is home to the modest family-owned business Darach. They take great delight in producing high-quality gifts and furniture from old oak whisky barrels because they are masters of their trade. Each of their products is expertly produced by hand, fusing tradition with functionality to provide thoughtfully made pieces that are useful, long-lasting, and appealing to the eye.
