The statement cooker for your kitchen, the Citeaux is part of the classic range of cookers by Lacanche, and as such, brings a touch of French elegance to any kitchen.

Highly customisable, you can build a cooker that is bespoke to your kitchen and your cooking needs. With two main ovens, on the left hand side you have a vertical 65-litre convection oven. The main central oven can be specified as a gas, static electric or dual function electric. There is also a 79 litre simmer oven on the right hand side, offering the flexibility to plate warm, hold food and slow cook.

On the top, you have the choice of four hob tops (three gas and one induction), and there is additional space for optional integrated hob elements such as a chargrill, extra burners or plancha.

With it's extensive combinations of oven sizes and types and hob tops, it is no wonder the Citeaux is so popular in larger kitchens!
